Pizza

I made Pizza for 17 people this weekend. It was at a student hostel for Victoria University that is run by our friends Graeme and Rosemary. I brought over 3 Kilos of dough and made the equivalent of 4 Lou's 14" Deep Dish Pizzas.

Here I am with a 16-inch-er Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza.

I had plenty of help from the students with making the pizza. And all of them came out well (with the exception of a slight burn of one of them.)

Next time I will pay more attention to the sauce and spice it a day or two ahead of time. While it was good it was not what I remembered from my days at Lou's.
