On Saturday, 19 February we went to a Jousting Tournament in Upper Hutt. All the participants are enthusiastic medieval reenacters.
We saw fights on horseback and also groups on foot. Dennis liked the foot soldiers.
We talked to Richard and had our photo taken with him. Then we routed for him in the melees.
The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed the late summer day out.
