Summer shakes

There was an earthquake here on Thursday.  Not a huge one but enough to send our Christmas tree crashing to the ground.  No one else was home so I had moved myself to the lounge sofa as I was working on a proposal when the quake hit.  I just happened to be looking in the way of the tree and saw it fall down.  Kind of slow motion, I may have been able to catch it if I wasn't juggling a cup of coffee and my laptop at the time.

Nothing broke, no glass ordainments here; however the water was a mess to clean up.

I now have the tree balanced in the stand a bit better, and tied up.  So bring on the next earthquake!
